After payment you’ll receive a licence key by email in the format SR2-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. To activate:
- Install SyllableReader on your browser (free from the store).
- Click the FREE badge in the toolbar to open the upgrade panel.
- Enter your licence key and press Activate. Your features unlock immediately.
- Use on up to 2 devices. Contact support to transfer to a new device.
Your key is linked to your active subscription. While your subscription is active your key works. If you cancel and your paid period ends, the extension reverts to Lite. Re-subscribing issues a new key.

Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Both the monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@syllablereader.com or through your Stripe billing portal link (included in every payment receipt email). You keep access to your features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Purchase an annual plan at any time and cancel your monthly subscription. Your new annual key activates immediately and runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Is it a subscription?
Yes — both plans renew automatically. There is no hidden fee and you can cancel at any time. We do not store your card details — all billing is handled securely by Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Pro or Elite features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that the extension reverts to Lite automatically. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Can I use my key on Chrome and Edge?
Yes, provided both browsers are on the same device or within your 2-device allowance.
Do you offer school or bulk licences?
Yes — volume pricing is available for schools and organisations. Contact support@syllablereader.com for a quote.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if the extension does not work as described on your device. Email support@syllablereader.com with your order reference. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods once you have been using the extension.
